Weight Gain Blueprint Review
Here’s the deal. I saw Jeff Masterson’s Weight Gain Blueprint program after doing a search on Google for “How To Gain Weight.”
I was immediately pulled in by Jeff’s story because it was EXTREMELY similar to my story! (Well except the part where he gained a bunch of weight haha.)
But really, I’ve tried everything to gain weight and basically nothing has worked so far. So this is pretty much my last hope. I’m optimistic about Jeff’s program because I’ve talked to him through email so I know he’s a real person and he’s gotten real results.
So I bought the Weight Gain Blueprint course last week. I’ve started going through it and my first impression is WOW.
He’s really good at breaking down all the science and nutrition and weight lifting stuff and making it really easy to understand without over complicating anything.
That’s what I was afraid of, that it was going to be a bunch of science “health and nutrition” school lecture stuff. But it wasn’t. It’s definable laid out in an easy-to-read format and he tells you step-by-step what to do.
All I can say is I’m excited to get started.
Weight Gain Blueprint Results Update!
Alright I disappeared for awhile but I’m back with results after following the Weight Gain Blueprint program…
Starting Weight: 133 lbs.
Height: 5′ 11″
Week 1 Results:
Weight: 134 lbs.
Week 4 Results:
Weight: 141 lbs.
Week 8 Results:
Weight: 151 lbs.
Week 10 Results:
Weight: 156 lbs.
TOTAL WEIGHT GAINED SO FAR:
23 lbs.
Things are going freakin’ awesome and I’ll update this post again as soon as I have more updates to share!!
Weight Gain Blueprint Foods To Gain Weight
Wanted to share this with everyone. Jeff uploaded a video talking about some of the best foods to gain weight. He posted a few videos… One of them shows you how to make some really good eggs (haven’t tried this yet) and the other one shows you how to make some spicy chili.
And there’s another recipe that I DID try – Tuna melts. And it’s really good. Here are all 3 videos for you to check out. Hope you get some good ideas. I’m gonna try the eggs tomorrow morning.
This recipe for omelets looks really good. Again, I haven’t tried it yet but you can see it’s got lots of calories. I think he used a lot of eggs! He suggest you eat your eggs with wheat bread, yams, or potatoes, but I’m sure there are other things that go good with eggs too.
Foods to gain weight: Tuna Melts
This is the recipe I tried and I loved it. Tuna has a weird smell to me so I usually don’t eat it, but this did look really good because you could make a sandwitch out of it plus it’s got extra calories because of the bread. So this one is recommended for sure.
Muscle Building Foods: Spicy Chili
This one I didn’t try yet either but chili usually gives me the shits… HA. But this does look good so eventually I definitely will try this recipe. If you try cooking this stuff leave a comment and tell me what you think of it.
Weight Gain Blueprint Video
While I’m going through the Weight Gain Blueprint course I see Jeff is busy uploading all kinds of videos to YouTube: Weight Gain Blueprint video.
In this video he talks about one of his students, Oliver who is gaining over 2 pounds per week. Those are good results if you ask me. The only question is can I do the same. But really I’m feeling better and better about this program the more I look into it. It seems like it’s working for other people so…
